Your mission: You'll play a key role in supporting the marketing team by coordinating and executing diverse marketing activities and campaigns. In this role you will: Provide support with day-to-day marketing tasks, such as organizing files, updating contact lists, and preparing materials for campaigns. Assist in formatting, proofreading, and organizing content for various marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, and email campaigns, ensuring everything aligns with brand guidelines. Help with logistical details for marketing events, such as trade shows and product launches, making sure all supplies and information are prepared and ready. Assist in gathering and analyzing data for market research and campaign performance, with a focus on learning how to use basic tools like Excel or Google Analytics to generate insights. Support digital marketing efforts by scheduling social media content, helping with email marketing, and tracking online campaign performance. Perform entry-level administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, taking notes, and maintaining organized marketing assets, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll have access to: An onboarding package to get you up to speed Online training courses A mentor This role might be right for you if you have/are: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a post-secondary program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. Practical experience or coursework in marketing, including exposure to digital marketing strategies, campaign planning, or market analysis. Demonstrates an understanding of marketing principles and practices. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms) is an asset. Basic understanding and practical experience with Basecamp for project management is an asset. Shows the ability to take charge of tasks, motivate peers, and contribute to team success Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
