Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Associate who blends creativity with performance. In this role, you'll support and execute Formula Fig's digital marketing initiatives - from building and optimizing email campaigns in Klaviyo, to crafting high-performing social content, to ensuring our website always reflects what's new and next at Fig. You'll collaborate closely with our Brand and Retail teams to drive engagement, traffic, and bookings through compelling storytelling and data-backed strategy.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Email Marketing: Build and deploy campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, run A/B tests, analyze results, and share insights to inform strategy.
- Website Management: Update landing pages, hero banners, and announcements based on campaign priorities. Partner with the technical team to implement new apps and optimizations that enhance UX and conversion.
- Social Media: Manage the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Post consistently, create and brief content, respond to comments and DMs, and drive engagement that converts into bookings.
- Community & Influencer Management: Nurture influencer and Fig Fan relationships, manage seeding and UGC campaigns, and build our VIP “close friends” community for deeper engagement.
Role responsibilities
Email marketing
- Build emails and automations in Klaviyo and deploy A/B tests for learning
- Pull email marketing analytics and insights to share to cross functional team
- Oversee email marketing flows and optimize based off of learnings
- Help create strategy based off of brand campaign calendar
- Manage audience segmentation and ensure accurate data flow between Klaviyo and Shopify (or booking platform).
- Maintain list hygiene and ensure compliance with privacy and deliverability best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- List growth strategy implementation for email and SMS
Website Maintenance
- Develop landing pages for campaigns and promotions
- Update website hero banner, announcement bar and ad placements based off of brand campaign
- Partner with the creative team and technical team on CRO tests — e.g., hero imagery, CTAs, offer language, and layout.
Social Media
- Manage content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Post consistently (1-2x daily on TikTok, daily on Instagram/LinkedIn)
- Create original content and develop content briefs for campaigns
- Respond to social media comments/messages across all platforms driving engagement
- Generate weekly bookings from social media and email inquiries
- Measure performance and audience growth using analytics
- Develop campaign recaps highlighting engagement trends, content learnings, and growth opportunities
- Support the Digital Marketing Director in tracking campaign spend and ROI across paid and organic initiatives.
Community & Influencer Management
- Create an influencer strategy for brand campaigns.
- Nurture influencer outreach and manage Fig Fan relationships. Coordinate UGC campaigns and brand fan takeovers
- Manage seeding initiatives and collect testimonials/content
- Maintain "close friends" strategy for VIP community engagement
- Manage affiliate and referral codes, tracking ROI from influencer partnerships.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in digital marketing with proven email marketing experience
- Proficiency in email platforms (Klaviyo)
- Experience with Shopify
- Strong copywriting skills for email, SMS, social and Proficiency with Instagram and TikTok business platforms
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email and landing page customization
- Data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana)

- Reports to: Digital Marketing Director
- Collaborates with: Brand Marketing, eCommerce, Creative Services Team, Operations
