Our flagship product CantonSwap is the first operational trading application on Canton Network. The Role We need a hands-on marketing associate who can execute tactical campaigns while learning about the intersection of traditional finance and decentralized technology. You'll work directly with our CMO and agency partners to drive user acquisition for financial applications serving institutional clients. This is not a typical crypto marketing role - we serve banks, asset managers, and trading firms, not retail crypto users. You'll need to understand capital markets fundamentals while being curious about blockchain innovation. Ideal Candidate Profile You have a finance or business background but are curious about how blockchain technology is transforming capital markets. You've done B2B marketing but want to work at the cutting edge where traditional finance meets decentralized technology. You're comfortable explaining complex products to sophisticated institutional buyers and thrive in environments where priorities can shift quickly based on market opportunities. You're detail-oriented enough to manage complex prospect databases but strategic enough to craft compelling narratives for emerging technology. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Growth Analytics (60%) Execute ecosystem growth campaigns across B2B channels (LinkedIn, industry publications, direct outreach) Drive network adoption and engagement across Canton Network participants Manage multi-channel prospect nurture sequences focused on ecosystem expansion Coordinate product launches and token integration announcements Track network growth metrics and participant engagement Content & Thought Leadership (25%) Develop technical marketing content for sophisticated financial services audiences Create educational materials explaining complex blockchain concepts for traditional finance professionals Write thought leadership pieces positioning company expertise in enterprise DeFi Develop case studies, white papers, and regulatory-compliant marketing materials Support conference speaking opportunities and industry panel participation Manage relationships with financial services trade publications and industry analysts Operations & Digital Presence (15%) Maintain CRM data and prospect databases Manage company website content and updates Set up marketing automation and tracking systems Generate campaign reports and network growth analytics Coordinate with external agencies and contractors Support business development team with marketing qualified leads Required Experience 2-5 years marketing experience with B2B software or financial services Traditional finance background - understanding of trading, settlements, capital markets, regulatory environment Growth marketing expertise - hands-on experience with performance marketing, attribution models, and conversion optimization Enterprise marketing experience - proven track record marketing to institutional buyers with complex decision-making processes (highly desired) Data analysis proficiency - experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, HubSpot, etc.) Strong writing and communication skills - can create compelling content for sophisticated financial audiences Preferred DeFi/blockchain understanding - familiarity with decentralized finance concepts and enterprise blockchain applications Financial services network - existing relationships in banking, trading, asset management, or fintech Technical marketing tools - experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and attribution software Regulatory marketing experience - understanding of compliance requirements in financial services marketing Startup or scale-up experience - comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration in high-growth environments Growth Opportunities Learn about enterprise blockchain from industry-leading engineers Network with executives from major financial institutions Potential to grow into marketing leadership as company scales Opportunity to shape marketing strategy for emerging technology sector Work directly with C-suite executives and industry thought leaders Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: US-based: $75K - $100K UK-based: £60K - £80K To apply submit: Resume highlighting relevant B2B marketing and finance experience Cover letter explaining your interest in enterprise blockchain/DeFi Writing sample - preferably B2B marketing copy for financial services audience LinkedIn profile demonstrating professional network in finance/technology Ready to help build the future of institutional finance?
