Position Overview The Market Access Manager will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to secure and maintain optimal access and pricing for Insulet’s products in France. This includes full ownership of reimbursement dossier preparation, pricing strategy development, and health economic value demonstration. Reporting directly to the Market Access & Government Affairs Director, the role will interact with national health authorities, key stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally and internationally to ensure alignment and successful execution of access strategies. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end preparation of reimbursement dossiers to French health authorities (e.g. CNEDiMTS, CEESP, CEPS) Coordinate and contribute to pricing negotiations with CEPS, including preparation of pricing strategy, value arguments, and supporting documentation Develop and adapt value propositions and health economic models tailored to local requirements and payer expectations Generate, analyze and interpret real-world evidence (RWE) to support access and pricing strategies Monitor policy developments and anticipate changes in the healthcare landscape. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the French healthcare system. Collaborate with local cross-functional teams, global/international teams and external consultants to ensure strategic alignment and operational execution. Provide strategic input to global/international teams and ensure local needs are represented in global/international planning. Support internal training and communication initiatives to foster a strong access mindset across the organization. Education and Experience Advanced degree in pharmacy, medicine, public health, health economics, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in market access, pricing, or related field within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry. Strong knowledge of the French health authorities’ requirements and market access processes in France. Proven experience in value demonstration, dossier writing, and health economic modeling. Preferred Skills and Competencies Strategic thinker with strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluent in English and French. Experience with diabetes products or chronic disease management is a plus.
