Role Title: Manufacturing Team Member Salary: £23,492.04 & monthly shift allowance of £381.75 Working Hours: Double Days shift pattern. Week one 06:00 – 14:00, Week 2 14:00 – 22:00 (with a green, yellow, red period payback. What will this role achieve? We are looking for a Manufacturing Team Member to join Assortments on double days. Your main role is to ensure the production line has all biscuits and packaging to run smoothly. Must have a can do attitude and committed to maintaining high standards in a dynamic team. What will be your key deliverables? Ensuring all biscuit stock is on the production lines for line start up. Fill up and set up production lines when changeover is required. Ensure correct packaging is on the production line ready for line start up. Ensure all Autostore scanning is completed on time. Fill all documentation in to the right standard Help out in Co-pack when required. Report any potential waste issues that could affect production or efficiency to the zonal Team Managers. Understanding of product specifications Follow all re-work procedures Always maintain everyday factory standards Shift handovers completed in areas to agreed agenda Train peers and new operatives in equipment use and procedures when required. Report any problems to the Team Manager/ ATM Bring your experience Essential Have an understanding of good manufacturing practices and safety at work procedures. Can work well with others and be open to learning and change We’re looking for people who can work flexibly and adapt to change. You’ll get support to help you succeed. Have an understanding of Autostore scanning system. What does the recruitment process consist of? Assessments – Swift Comprehensive Aptitude and a Workplace English assessment.
