We are currently seeking to recruit 1 x MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATES to join our team in Plymouth, Devon, UK initially on a 12 month FTC basis. Key Responsibilities: Performing administration tasks in line with standard instructions. Working in accordance with standard operating instructions Assembling the PCB boards into mechanical housing Loading the products onto local test rigs and running tests Required Skills & Experience: Previous manufacturing assembly experience is desirable but not essential - the ideal candidate should be keen to learn and comfortable working with their hands. Excellent attention to detail and following instruction is essential The flexibility to work occasionally at the weekend We will also welcome applications from anyone who has held a role in which high quality, accuracy, speed and dexterity are required to produce repeatable results. You will have experience of working in a team environment, showing a flexible and positive approach. Candidates selected for interview will be given a short soldering assembly exercise to complete that will enable you to try the kind of work we do and for us to assess your trainability.
