The Role As the Managing Director leading DGM Delivery Services in Europe, your mission is to deliver exceptional value to our customers by ensuring best-in-class customer satisfaction, reliable performance and measurable business outcomes. This strategic leadership role requires a deep understanding of the Electric Utilities Industry and a strong commitment to building lasting customer relationships. Success in this role means building and guiding cross-functional teams to consistently deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations and deliver outcomes that directly advance customer goals and our core business objectives. The Managing Director will collaborate closely with executive leadership and across business functions to align organizational goals with customer outcomes, implement processes and practices that ensure flawless project execution, and continuously pursue opportunities to improve project delivery services. By focusing on proactiveness, innovation, ownership and quality, this role ensures that every engagement translates into stronger partnerships, increased trust and long-term customer success. Your Impact Executive Leadership: Direct and inspire a cross-functional organization of portfolio directors, program managers, engineers, and technical leaders to ensure best-in-class delivery of customer solutions across the Europe region. Strategic Direction: Define and execute delivery strategies that align with enterprise priorities, accelerate customer outcomes, and position the business for long-term growth. Business & Financial Impact: Own financial performance by managing budgets, optimizing resource allocation, forecasting future needs, and driving profitability through disciplined execution. Operational Excellence: Oversee large-scale operations to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure consistent, reliable customer outcomes. Customer Advocacy: Serve as the senior point of contact for strategic customers, fostering trusted partnerships, anticipating evolving needs, and ensuring seamless solution delivery that exceeds expectations. Organizational Leadership: Build and sustain high-performing delivery teams through talent development, workforce planning, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Enterprise Risk & Compliance: Anticipate and mitigate risks across programs, drive compliance with industry standards, and champion process and system enhancements that strengthen both customer and employee experience. What You'll Need Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline. 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in the Electric Utilities Industry or adjacent critical infrastructure sectors, with a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale programs. Demonstrated ability to set strategic vision, align delivery execution with business outcomes, and lead organizational change. Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and delivering measurable ROI. Advanced problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Exceptional organizational capability to oversee complex operations, balancing priorities across multiple programs and stakeholders. Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with executive leadership, global teams, customers, and vendors. Skilled at building long-term strategic relationships with clients, ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes. Ability and flexibility to travel as needed to support customer engagements and enterprise initiatives. In-depth knowledge of SCADA, power systems applications, and vendor business practices within the electric utilities space.
