Job Description What is the opportunity? Our RBC Cards and Loyalty Operations & Supplier Management team is hiring for a Manager Statement Operations. In your role, you will consult, manage and coordinate the implementation of statement marketing and strategic initiatives within Canadian Banking all lines of business as well as provide backup support to the Symcor relationship manager. Your objectives will be to provide superior process and operational service to enhance the long-term value and effectiveness of Personal & Commercial Banking (P&CB) and provide efficient, best-in-class solutions designed to help business partners achieve both their regulatory and marketing goals. Please note that this is an in-office role with a minimum of 4 days in office per week located at Waterpark Place. What will you do? Enable P&CB's statement marketing requirements (messages & inserts) including but not limited to compliance and regulatory items Provide subject-matter expertise to our business sponsors Manage changes related to projects, initiatives, remediations and transformation Responsible for Statement Marketing BAU activities; managing workflow; identifying and implementing ongoing efficiencies Recommend and implement best-in-practice QA processes – for both change management and production processes First point of contact for compliance messaging against all client remediation management initiatives Utilize the Interactive system for all messaging & inserts What will you need to succeed? Must-have General knowledge of Canadian Banking regulations in the area of client reporting (credit card clients) Ability to take initiative and add value to the team Proven ability to partner with the business on project deliverables Understanding of the Card statement business and how it fits into core business context Ability to liaise with external 3rd party suppliers and manage their performance effectively Exhibit sound judgment, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Advanced proficiency in using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office Nice to have Understanding of Card products Knowledge of Agile methodology What's in it for you?
