Manager In Training-London

A Manager-in-Training role with Domino’s Pizza is rewarding and involves working flexible hours in a fun, team environment. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will receive training and development in all areas of store operations, learning about the daily aspects of running a Domino’s store efficiently and profitably. You will also learn how to lead, coach and inspire all team members to ensure they provide total customer satisfaction and a great product at all times. • No prior qualifications required
• 1-2 years’ experience in a fast paced QSR role is desirable
• Ability to work in target based environment
• Experience in working independently with a result orientation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills

• Store Manager: £28,456.00+Bonus
• Assistant Manager: £26,456.00+Bonus
• Flexible Shift Runner (No supervisory experience) £24,456.00
• Full-Time Shift Runner (Minimum 6 months demonstrable supervisory exp)
