We’re looking for a data-driven professional to join our International HCP Engagement Operations team in Paris. In this role, you’ll help ensure operational efficiency and compliance across healthcare professional (HCP) engagement and sponsorship activities in international markets. You’ll play a key part in managing data integrity, supporting governance processes, and delivering insights that shape meaningful engagement strategies. A Typical Day: Managing and validating HCP engagement data across systems to ensure accuracy and compliance Analysing interaction data to assess impact and return on engagement Developing dashboards and metrics to communicate insights and performance indicators Identifying Key Opinion Leaders and Local Opinion Leaders using data and insight tools Monitoring instances of HCP engagement across global and international functions Acting as a central contact for France, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors Providing training and documentation to enhance system and analytics tool usage Communicating trends and insights to leadership to inform strategic planning This Role May Be For You If: You enjoy working with complex data and transforming it into clear, actionable insights You thrive in a collaborative environment and value cross-functional partnerships You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities in a global, matrixed organisation You take pride in maintaining accuracy and compliance in all aspects of your work You’re proactive about improving processes and supporting operational excellence You appreciate the balance of strategic analysis and hands-on system support You’re confident engaging with stakeholders and explaining technical concepts clearly To Be Considered You’ll need a bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, data analytics, or a related field, along with 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, HCP engagement, or commercial/medical operations within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. Proficiency in CRM and event management systems, plus a strong understanding of data integration and reporting, is essential. Fluent English is required.
