We are looking for an engaged, dynamic, and people-oriented Manager to lead our new Client, Billing and Cross-functional Solutions Department. At Desjardins General Insurance Group, the Client and Billing business products are strategic levers that support our omnichannel transformation and enhance the client experience. In this role, you will act as the conductor of the product’s evolution and the catalyst for its implementation, turning strategic thinking into concrete execution to achieve our business ambitions. You will work closely with omnichannel journey teams to deliver tangible value to our members and clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the consistency of decisions and investments related to the Client and Billing business products, supported by both Business and IT domain and solution architects. You will be called upon to play various roles in projects and to sit on steering committees for initiatives related to these business products. More specifically, you will be required to : Execute the evolution strategy for the Client and Billing business products and ensure its business performance, consistency, and integrity across all channels. Lead cross-functional solutions (derived elements, rating, registers and communications) in support of Auto and Property products to ensure alignment and synergy Drive continuous improvement and product evolution based on the desired member and client experience, while ensuring a seamless user experience across products and channels. Contribute to strategic planning efforts with the PVP AD regarding the business product, aligned with the overall vision of the Desjardins Group, and establish the investment roadmap as needed. Gather and consolidate evolution needs related to managed products and group them into initiatives for prioritization by the portfolio committee. Identify and receive continuous improvement requests, prioritize them, and route them to the appropriate business evolution teams. Promote alignment between initiatives and product strategy by representing the product in project steering committees or acting as a delegated sponsor. Act as the leader of business evolution teams within your Department, overseeing minor evolutions, continuous improvements, and resolution of member-client irritants.
