In this role, you will lead and scale a high-performing account management team responsible for nurturing and expanding strategic enterprise customer relationships across the EMEA region. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, retention, and long-term partnerships by combining strong leadership with hands-on customer engagement. Operating in a remote-first, fast-paced SaaS environment, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and technical teams to deliver measurable business value. You will guide deal strategy, elevate execution standards, and embed operational rigor across the team. This position offers high visibility, strategic influence, and the opportunity to shape how customer success and expansion are delivered at scale. \n Accountabilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration Own team performance across retention, expansion, and net revenue growth, ensuring quarterly and annual targets are met or exceeded Implement and maintain strong operational processes, including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and performance tracking Support Account Managers in navigating complex enterprise accounts and preparing for high-impact customer interactions Engage directly with strategic customers to reinforce value, unblock growth opportunities, and accelerate expansion cycles Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Marketing to share customer insights and co-develop expansion strategies Analyze KPIs and dashboards to identify trends, drive accountability, and inform continuous improvement initiatives Lead by example, promoting a high-performance, customer-centric mindset across the team Requirements: 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS account management, sales, or customer success, with at least 3+ years in a people management role Proven success driving net revenue retention, expansion, and long-term customer growth Strong coaching capabilities in consultative selling, strategic account planning, and executive-level communication Solid business acumen with confidence engaging senior stakeholders on outcomes and value realization Demonstrated operational strength, including hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce Excellent communication and influencing skills across cross-functional teams Proactive, empathetic leadership style with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments Nice to have experience with complex, API-first, or platform-based SaaS products Nice to have a background in scaling teams, processes, or customer programs within high-growth organizations Benefits: Fully remote role based in the UK Competitive salary package with equity participation Comprehensive health insurance and wellness benefits Flexible, trust-based work environment supporting work-life balance Opportunity to work with a highly skilled, diverse, and international team Long-term career growth and professional development support \n Why Apply Through Jobgether?
