This role requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues in a timely and safe manner. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on production and building equipment to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Repair and maintain machinery including saws, routers, compressors, boilers, and hand/power tools. Disassemble equipment to replace worn or defective parts using hand and power tools. Assist with the installation, relocation, and setup of new or existing equipment. Perform carpentry and general building maintenance as needed. Lubricate machinery per scheduled intervals to ensure consistent operation. Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mechanical, electrical, or facilities maintenance role. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, and plumbing. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in various environmental conditions. Bilingual and/or machinist skills a plus.
