Maintenance Technician, FT

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain a professional and courteous presence while supporting resident needs
• Collaborate with other departments to foster a “one team” culture
• Attend occasional training and team meetings to stay sharp and connected
• Follow safety protocols and uphold resident rights and privacy (HIPAA)
• Support facility functions and assist with additional duties as needed
• Use resources responsibly and help maintain the integrity of our community

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• General building maintenance experience required
• Valid South Carolina driver’s license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and understand instructions, labels, and basic documentation
• Respectful, dependable, and committed to teamwork
