A few of your main duties:

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the units in the property. This requires basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances and HVAC, as well as customer service experience since this position interacts with residents.

• Complete daily work orders within 24 hours
• Complete work orders in prompt and efficient manner
• Perform maintenance as required to have apartments in a move in condition on a timely basis
• Perform preventative maintenance in buildings as required
• Diagnose and repair appliances
