The goal is to ensure the availability, reliability, compliance, and performance of equipment and installations, while strictly adhering to safety, food safety, environmental, energy, and quality standards, as well as budgetary and scheduling commitments. Your profile : Day-to-Day Responsibilities : Manage all maintenance activities (preventive, predictive, and corrective) in coordination with technical departments and maintenance planners. Supervise internal teams (mechanical, boilerwork, ERA, stores) and oversee interventions by external contractors. Optimize resources, set priorities, and validate intervention needs based on urgency and budget constraints. Contribute to the development of maintenance plans and ensure their implementation on the ground. Propose and implement continuous improvement actions: equipment reliability, failure reduction, safety, and technical performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): availability, OEE, MTBF, critical failures. Coordinate maintenance and production activities in collaboration with HSE, Quality, Production, Methods, and Engineering teams. Lead technical meetings on site and ensure standardization, maintainability, and technical compliance of installations. Participate in planned shutdowns, cost and track related work, and ensure successful execution. Participate in the site's on-call technical duty rotations. Your Profile : Qualifications: Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in maintenance, electrotechnics, mechanical engineering, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in an industrial environment, including 5 years managing or coordinating technical teams. Strong command of CMMS tools (ideally SAP) and problem-solving methodologies (FMEA, 5 Whys, etc.). Solid knowledge of safety, environmental, energy, and quality standards (including food safety where applicable). Key Skills & Attributes: Proven leadership with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to motivate and unite teams. Results-oriented mindset, proactive approach, and confident decision-making in complex situations.
