We enable new opportunities for our customers through digitalisation. Maintenance Fitter Are you a skilled Maintenance Fitter with a passion for keeping machinery running smoothly? Join our team and be part of a high-performing operation where your technical expertise makes a real impact. What You’ll Do: Carry out maintenance and repairs in line with operational plans Enhance the reliability of plant equipment while reducing costs Perform lifting, rigging & slinging operations – including crane and hoist operation (if trained) Maintain pumping, compressed air, and pneumatic systems Troubleshoot and repair bulk storage and material handling systems (silos, vessels, hoppers), transport systems pneumatic and mechanical. Mechanical Maintenance & Repairs: Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on machinery, equipment, and infrastructure. Diagnose faults, analyse failures, and carry out corrective actions to restore functionality. Conduct inspections, adjustments, and calibrations according to company standards. Documentation, Instructions, Plans and Drawings To be able to work from written instruction, understand system drawings and plans. Hydraulic/Pneumatics Working knowledge of pneumatic systems, with the ability read and understand system drawing and to identify faults and facilitate rectification work where required. Welding / Fabrication Where applicable and a core duty have the relevant skills, experience and knowledge to carry out welding and fabrication processes, using bending, folding, rolling and cutting machines and all welding processes available i.e. mixed gases, manual arc, MIG and TIG, Arc-air, systems. Fitting Have a good skill level and ability in general bench fitting including fitting of keys, shaft pulleys, gears, couplings, pneumatic drives, motors, control valves.
