What you'll be doing Coordinate with 3PLs to ensure deliveries are on time and in fullProblem solve any logistical issues to provide alternative solutions to the deliver of our productsHandle inbound customer enquiries to and questions to ensure the high standard of our service is upheldTrack and handle stock of products to ensure deliveries can be fulfilledWorking with the UK HQ internal team to ensure client expectations are exceeded What you'll bring Experience in coordinating with logistics suppliers and planning routesRoute planning CRM experienceExperience dealing with clients and suppliers over the phoneClear communication skills to coordinate both internally and externallyA degree in a logistics, supply chain or similar field will be advantageousAn ambitious and driven mindset with the desire to develop If you're someone who is looking to develop their career in a large, high growth company who believes in looking after their people then this role could be for you.
