TIMPSON "One of the best places to work in the UK"- The Sunday Times We are looking for a Locksmith Support Advisor to provide an excellent support service to our Mobile Locksmith / Security Team and Customers, ensuring that all calls are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner to enable a smooth and seamless service. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for supporting the optimization of our Locksmiths' workload. You will need to be self-motivated and able to make quick decisions. Position: Locksmith Support Advisor Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester, UK Wage: Competitive/Negotiable Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Hours: The hours are 40 per week over 5 days, Monday Saturday (Saturday on a Rota basis) between the hours of 8.00 am 6.00 pm **Key Responsibilities** * Making and receiving telephone calls/emails from Customers and Locksmiths * Logging all jobs and liaising with Locksmiths and other workshops * Job completions - this will include closing jobs with locksmiths and customers, updating portals and chasing payments * Drive revenue-seeking opportunities to exceed customer expectations and requirements **Essential Skills** Excellent telephone manner Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet Great communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with great attention to detail and strong decision-making skills Able to use own initiative in solving problems Abundance of common sense Ability to show empathy our customers rely on us as the 4th emergency service! Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing Department needs. These skills would be a bonus! But they arent essential.
