Job Description: Primary responsibility is to conduct due diligence to confirm flood insurance documentation is maintained in accordance with Bank policies and procedures. Ensure adequacy of insurance coverage throughout the life of the loan, including review of any applicable map changes and initiation of lender-placed insurance when required. Works on routine to moderately complex collateral reviews as assigned by manager. Interfaces with compliance partners, legal counsel, line partners and clients to ensure ongoing compliance with federal flood regulations. Maintains primary responsibility for accuracy of documentation required to demonstrate the clients insurance coverage conforms to policy and regulatory guidelines. Job Details: Global Credit Operations: Responsible for the fulfillment, servicing and protection of credit offerings for business banking, Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM), commercial and corporate clients as well as leasing and trade products. This position is responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of varied problems. Functions include administering defined procedures, analysis and report generation, and exception processing. Coordinates the implementation of products/services and operational solutions. May assist in designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring of new products/services. Provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes. Incumbents have full working knowledge of operations environment and systems. Responsibilities: Perfects the bank’s system of record through accurate set-up and maintenance of billing schedules, pricing options, and all other client records and indicative data Performs administrative duties related to setting up new and/or modifying existing loans, maintains bookings on the systems of record, and identifies and enters data to provide data to modelers for loss risk forecasting Manages the daily collateralized debt obligation suite and issue tracker reports to execute the daily loan closing process Maintains relationships with Relationship Administrators to ensure efficient and high quality loan processing Skills: Minimum of 2 yrs. of loan documentation review and concepts. Either commercial or consumer Knowledge of commercial credit requirements Minimum of 2 yrs. of Customer Service experience Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to handle multiple tasks while ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to maintain productivity levels within assigned standards Proven self‐motivator with the ability to effectively prioritize work Ability to coordinate with multiple points of contact (internal and external) Delivery of world class client experience; customer service focus Organizational and time management skills Exceptional sense of urgency Responsive to customer needs Desired Skills: Commercial Lending or Commercial flood insurance experience Familiarity with various bank platforms, including LIQ, CTS, etc. Knowledge of federal flood insurance regulations Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Privacy Statement: https://careers.bankofamerica.com/en-us/privacy-notice At Bank of America, we are guided by a common purpose to help make financial lives better through the power of every connection.
