Ally Psychiatry is expanding our behavioral health services across Alabama and seeking a compassionate, skilled ABA / Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team in the Montgomery and Birmingham areas. This position offers the opportunity to provide a mix of psychological testing, outpatient therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services within a collaborative and supportive environment.


Position Highlights:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations, cognitive testing, and behavioral assessments
     
  • Provide evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults
     
  • Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and create individualized treatment plans for patients with autism spectrum disorder and related behavioral challenges
     
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and BCBA professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
     
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing program development
     
  • Enjoy flexible scheduling and robust administrative support

Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program  
  • Licensed or license-eligible Psychologist in the state of Alabama  
  • Experience or training in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred  
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
