Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Kentucky Summary: We are hiring a licensed clinical social worker to provide telehealth therapy services to adult clients across Kentucky. This role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing care within a structured remote environment. Responsibilities: Provide psychotherapy sessions via telehealth Complete assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain accurate clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed Follow Kentucky licensing and clinical standards Active Kentucky LCSW license Master’s degree in social work or related field Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience EHR documentation experience 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match This role supports clinicians seeking consistent remote work and clear expectations.
