Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Massachusetts Summary: We are seeking a licensed independent clinician to provide telehealth therapy services to adult clients across Massachusetts. The role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing psychotherapy within a structured remote model. Responsibilities: Provide scheduled telehealth psychotherapy sessions Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed Adhere to Massachusetts licensing and clinical standards Active Massachusetts LICSW, LMFT or LMHC license Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience Proficiency with EHR documentation 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match If you’re looking for a consistent remote schedule, we welcome your application.
