Département : Legal - Structuration Durée du stage : 6 mois Lieu : Paris Début : Juillet 2026 Le rôle Au sein d’une équipe de juristes réparties principalement entre Paris, Londres et New-York, le stagiaire sera rattaché au bureau parisien du pôle structuration de fonds, composé de 19 personnes. Cette équipe est en charge de la structuration et du suivi de la vie des fonds Ardian investis en Private Equity (Buy-out, Expansion et Growth), Real Assets (Real Estate et Infrastructure), Private Credit (Private Debt, Real Estate Debt, Infrastructure Debt) et des fonds dédiés (Customized Solutions). Il aura pour missions principales : Création des fonds d’investissements : rédaction de la documentation légale (notamment LPA, PPM), suivi des étapes de création des véhicules ; Négociation et la rédaction de Side Letters ; Suivi de la vie des fonds d’investissement : mise en œuvre et modification de la documentation légale, consultation des investisseurs, réponse aux questions des équipes opérationnelles ; Assister aux comités d’investissement et rédiger les minutes ; Revue de contrats (contrat de délégation de gestion financière, convention de confidentialité, etc.) ; et Veille et analyse de l’actualité juridique.
