Due to the growing volume of our operations in the UK, we need a specialist who can fully support the legal function there This is a role for someone who wants to influence business decisions, operate independently, and become the key legal expert for the company in the UK. Key Responsibilities * Provide day-to-day legal advice on corporate and operational matters. * Support and implement corporate changes within the company. * Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, operational, and corporate agreements. * Analyze UK legislation and case law related to the company’s activities and prepare legal opinions. * Ensure compliance with UK regulatory and corporate governance requirements. * Prepare, maintain, and update internal policies, procedures, and compliance documentation. * Liaise with UK regulatory authorities and respond to official inquiries. * Advise management on legal risks and business operations from a legal perspective. Requirements (Hard Skills) * 3+ years of experience in corporate law and operational legal support after qualification. * Strong knowledge of UK company law, the Companies Act, and relevant regulatory frameworks. * Excellent drafting and communication skills. * Advanced English and Ukrainian Nice to Have (Soft Skills & Additional Experience) * Experience in compliance, trading/financial law, or interaction with UK regulatory bodies. * Proactive, business-oriented approach. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large volumes of information. * Higher legal education (UK). * Proven professional experience on the UK market.
