Job Summary The Back Office Specialist plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operational processes for aircraft lessor customers within the LeaseWorks Aeris Asset system. This role ensures accurate data management, timely billing, reliable system maintenance, and high-quality support across both ongoing operations and implementation activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with financial data, lease management systems, and structured operational workflows. Key Responsibilities Enter, validate, and maintain utilization, contract, and asset data in LeaseWorks. Generate and email invoices (Rent, MR, SD, and ad hoc). Record and reconcile incoming payments. Set up and maintain the contract and asset data set. Manage document uploads and ensure proper organization. Monitor alerts and system notifications for key operational events. Produce reports, dashboards, and system documents upon request. Execute data migrations from customer data sources. Build product configurations and customizations based on customer requirements. Manage and execute bulk data imports and updates (CSV, Excel, internal tools). Perform system configurations and environment setup tasks post-deployment (excluding DevOps responsibilities). Qualifications 2+ years of experience in back-office operations, lease administration, financial operations, or similar roles within the aircraft leasing industry. Strong proficiency in Excel and data handling Data Analysis / Data transformation / Data manipulations Experience working with CRM, ERP, or lease management systems (Salesforce experience a plus). High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
