Key Responsibilities: As our Learning Analytics Manager, you’ll: Develop and lead the Campus learning analytics strategy, ensuring it’s aligned with Bupa’s wider goals. Gather, clean and analyse data from learning management systems, surveys, assessments and performance sources. Use everyday language to explain findings clearly, avoiding unnecessary jargon. Build dashboards and reporting tools that bring learning data to life for stakeholders at every level. Highlight trends and insights that help shape future learning solutions. Track and report on key learning measures, including engagement, completion and return on investment. Present insights in clear, actionable ways to support confident decision‑making. Create consistent processes for data quality, tracking and reporting. Make recommendations to enhance the impact and effectiveness of our learning programmes. Champion data‑driven decision‑making and support a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure all data privacy and security standards are met. What We’re Looking For: Experience delivering data analysis in a large, global matrix organisation. Background in data analysis, ideally within Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR. Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and learning management systems like Cornerstone and Workday. Understanding of data modelling, analytics frameworks (such as the Kirkpatrick model), and predictive analytics. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into practical insights. Familiarity with AI-driven data tools in the learning space.
