Purpose of the role The Transformation Insights Analyst Lead will support the development and delivery of analytics and insight to drive business transformation across IAG. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Transformation Managers and other cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision making. Your responsibilities Collect, process, and analyse data from multiple sources (internal systems, third-party tools, market research) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure progress against transformation objectives through dashboards and reports (primarily using Excel and Power BI). Develop and maintain predictive forecasting / scenario models (primarily in Excel but also in other modelling tools) to support strategic planning. Support the benchmarking of business processes and performance across operating companies. Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to Senior Transformation Managers and other stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver relevant analysis. Ensure data quality and accuracy in all reporting and analysis. Stay up to date with relevant analytics tools and industry trends. Communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, reports, and visualizations. Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision making within the organisation. This role may require travel and working from multiple sites/locations. Willing and able to travel to participate in meetings, workshops, and other related activities. Your skills, experience and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science). Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with other analytics tools is a plus. Experience working with large datasets and delivering actionable insights for at least 3 to 5 years. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to a range of stakeholders. 3-to-5-year experience in the airline industry or consultancy with aviation-related projects is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, ad hoc environment. Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
