Job Description Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage other invoice specialists globally to ensure standard processes are maintained, consistent training adhered to and performance metrics are met Identify any performance/knowledge gaps within the team to improve overall performance Identify process and technical improvement opportunities to drive change and further enhance accuracy and timeliness Keep up to date with global changes impacting invoicing and communicate to the team to ensure compliance Responsible for supporting daily cash operating processes at the London site by ensuring accurate invoicing, account reconciliations and procedural compliance Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters Collaborates with others to solve issues, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE Aerospace.
