For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy. With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 5 production facilities and 16 logistics depot’s servicing customers up and down the UK.  As these two historical businesses have come together, the one common goal remains, and that is ensuring our people succeed.  About the Role   Join Carlsberg Britvic, an integrated beverage powerhouse combining the strengths of two legacy businesses to create a unique market proposition. As the On Trade Channel Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering sub-channel strategies and commercial plans that drive performance across our beer and soft drinks portfolio. Working at the intersection of strategy and execution, you'll collaborate with Commercial Operations and Account Directors to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and develop commercially sound solutions that deliver exceptional results in the On Trade environment.   Role Responsibilities   Translate the On Trade channel plan into actionable sub-channel strategies (1-year and 3-year horizons) aligned with overall business objectives, clearly communicating execution plans to sales teams Coordinate and oversee plan implementation across assigned sub-channels, maintaining accountability for performance metrics and commercial outcomes Develop end-to-end solutions for sub-channel specific performance challenges, serving as the subject matter expert for your assigned areas Provide consultative support to Central Operations and Brand Teams on performance management initiatives, offering specialized sub-channel expertise Partner with account teams to create aligned and consistent plans that drive brand distribution, volume/net revenue growth, and market share across all channels Support the innovation process by contributing to bottom-up innovation volume forecasts at Gate 0 & 1 stages Act as the connecting force between functions, ensuring cross-functional engagement and consistent communication to enhance operational efficiency   Experience and Key Attributes   Proven track record of delivering exceptional commercial results, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in FMCG, preferably with beer and/or soft drinks knowledge in the On Trade sector Demonstrated ability to translate strategic plans into executable actions that deliver commercial performance, with a focus on simplicity and effectiveness Exceptional communication skills at all levels, from engaging large teams to presenting to senior management Strong collaborative approach, with experience building cross-functional relationships to develop aligned and robust commercial plans Degree level education or equivalent qualification Passion for consumer-centric thinking and brand building, with the ability to act as a brand ambassador Decisive mindset with a focus on excellence, balancing speed with quality in execution     Our commitment to diversity equity & inclusion   We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences - including those of different races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, ages, abilities, religions, and socioeconomic statuses.
