Negotiate directly with customers to resolve account-related issues, including fines for stock availability. Maintain and update master account data information. Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly management reports, including standardized sales performance analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, warehouse, and customer service) to ensure compliance with account-specific requirements and regulations. Communicate relevant updates to all departments to meet account expectations effectively. Support the day-to-day management of assigned accounts. Assist with project management. Carry out any ad-hoc tasks as required by your Line Manager. Skills & Experience Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently, including occasional travel to customer head offices (when required). Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales environment. Strong proficiency in Excel and general computer literacy. SAP experience desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organised with a methodical approach. Able to solve problems in a timely manner and work to deadlines. Able to multi-task effectively, working concurrently on several projects. Detail-oriented and enjoy analysing issues and finding the right approach.
