Who we are
Group Buyer Underwriting (GBU ) unit is a service centre responsible for coordination and support of the Risk Service units around the globe and the Chief Risk Officer providing:
- Advice and management information to support steering of Risk Services strategy
- Risk Services with tools, business information and system support to execute underwriting strategies
- Financial planning for Risk Services and the CRO
- Lead and participate in cross-functional innovation projects to help achieve corporate objectives
Atradius ingest business critical third part data from more than one hundred information providers globally to facilitate its internal operations including but not limited to risk underwriting. The Information Gateway is one of the key components of Atradius’ ongoing digital transformation program.

About the Project: Information Gateway (IGW) is a cutting-edge data ingestion and harmonisation platform designed to standardise inbound data feeds from multiple information providers. Our goal is to ensure seamless data integration and consistency across various sources.
Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Junior Product Analyst to support the Information Procurement team, with a strong focus on the Information Gateway (IGW) domain and related internal data products.
This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates interested in data products, product management, and financial information services. You will support the day-to-day management, enhancement, and adoption of IPT products, helping ensure that underwriters and internal stakeholders have access to high-quality, well-structured information.
Your main responsibilities are:
Information Gateway (IGW) Operations
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Information Gateway (IGW), Atradius’ core data ingestion platform.
- Assist in monitoring data flows, identifying issues, and coordinating resolutions with technical and business teams.
- Help onboard new information sources into the IGW, expanding the current portfolio of 150+ providers.
- Participate and coordinate data mapping and data quality activities, ensuring correct transformation and usability of incoming data.
Product Support & Configuration
- Assist Information Officers in configuring and managing information products within the IGW.
- Maintain product documentation, including user manuals, process guidelines, and onboarding materials.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product features and usability.
- Work closely with the IPT Manager and product/project owners on ongoing automation initiatives.
- Support the full product lifecycle from onboarding to maintenance and optimization of the products developed and owned by the Information Procurement Team.
- Help track product usage, performance, and feedback from internal users.
- Identify opportunities to improve product value and adoption.
Communication & Adoption
- Help position IPT products internally by supporting communication efforts (guides, presentations, updates).
- Promote awareness and proper usage of tools across internal user groups.
Who are we looking for?
Education
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Entry-level role (0–2 years of experience).
- Internship or academic exposure to data analysis, product management, or financial data is a plus.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Basic understanding of data structures, data mapping, and data quality principles.
- Comfortable working with Excel and data tools.
- Interest in data ingestion, APIs, or product platforms is an advantage.
Business Understanding
- Interest in financial data, credit risk, or insurance is desirable.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into product support activities.
Soft Skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, international environment.
