FAT Karting League has taken the UK & US by storm with our electric karting series, a community driven sports brand breaking down barriers to entry, removing 95% of the traditional costs, and redefining racing culture for a new generation. With plans to expand to 50+ markets in the next five years, we’re moving fast and looking for a Junior Procurement & Operations Analyst who shares our ambition. Ideally this will be an entry-level candidate with strong analytical skills and can come to work with us in our Oxfordshire office. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Procurement Operations * Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle: raising POs, tracking deliveries, maintaining records. * Support kart build procurement for new hubs; component sourcing, supplier coordination, logistics management. * Oversee spares and wares procurement across existing hubs, ensuring stock levels and replenishment. * Maintain an accurate supplier database and support onboarding of new vendors Data & Analysis * Track procurement spend and delivery performance, identifying trends and efficiency opportunities * Maintain procurement dashboards and reports for internal visibility. * Support cost benchmarking and quote comparison exercises. Supplier & Process Management * Build and maintain strong supplier relationships across multiple categories. * Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely invoice matching and payment processing. * Assist in process improvement initiatives, helping to automate workflows and reduce manual steps. Operational Support * Work with Operations to align procurement timelines with hub build schedules. * Support cross-functional coordination between strategy, logistics, and finance. * Assist with documentation, project tracking, and other operational tasks as required. Qualifications & Experience * 1-2 years’ experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain; open to exceptional candidates without direct experience * Proven organisational ability with excellent attention to detail. * Strong communication and supplier management skills. * Strong analytical skills; confident with Excel and data analysis. * Experience in motorsport, manufacturing, or multi-site operations desirable but not required Personal Attributes * Analytical thinker: Enjoys turning operational data into actionable insight. * Process-driven: Focused on structure, accuracy, and continuous improvement. * Proactive and accountable: Takes ownership and drives tasks through to completion. * Collaborative: Works effectively across teams and with external partners. * Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
