Are you passionate about innovation in packaging and eager to make a tangible impact across both medical and personal care products? We’re looking for a Junior Packaging Technologist to join our dynamic team and support the qualification and advancement of packaging solutions across New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) projects. You will support the development and qualification of packaging for new and existing products across medical and personal care categories. This includes preparing and maintaining documentation for packaging specifications and testing reports, defining packaging process limits and quality systems, and establishing evaluation methods. You will lead and support packaging line trials both in-house and at contract manufacturers through to release for manufacture, while managing packaging testing activities internally and externally. The role involves exploring new packaging capabilities and emerging technologies to strengthen the EU business. You will identify new product and packaging ideas, as well as cost-saving initiatives, and attend external exhibitions to stay informed on sustainability and regulatory trends. We are seeking a candidate with experience in packaging development, ideally within the medical or personal care sectors. The role requires strong documentation and project management skills, coupled with a proactive mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively across teams are essential to succeed in this position. This role works Monday – Friday, 39-hours per week.
