Position Description As a Listed Trader, you will play a key role in supporting the desk’s trading activities and risk management processes. Key Areas of Responsibilities Maintain and calibrate volatility surfaces to support accurate option pricing across underlyings. Assist in optimizing trade execution and reconciliation workflows. Build and improve on-desk tools for real-time risk monitoring. Execute trades and manage interactions with counterparties. Support development and testing of proprietary strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline trading processes. Monitor market conditions and liquidity to identify opportunities and manage risk. Analyze option flow and volatility trends to provide insights to senior traders. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s preferred) in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn. Minimum 3 years of experience in Equity Derivatives, ideally with Listed Options trading exposure. Solid understanding of Single Stock and Index Option pricing and volatility models. Strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform under pressure and work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
