What You’ll Be Doing: Execute a full range of carpentry tasks: framing, roofing, siding, finishing, and more Interpret and build from blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings Collaborate with supervisors, trades, and community members to ensure smooth daily operations Mentor and support apprentices and laborer's, building local talent Promote and uphold safety, cleanliness, and cultural awareness on every job site Help build homes, infrastructure, and meaningful connections in Northern communities What We’re Looking For: Red Seal Journeyperson Carpenter certification Minimum 3 years' experience in residential or commercial construction Comfortable working in remote environments and Indigenous communities Experience leading apprentices or junior crew members is a strong asset Valid First Aid, WHMIS, and NWT Supervisor Level 2 (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Tłı̨chǫ Community Builders?
