ITINERANT SERVICE TECHNICIAN M/F   Location  Itinerant at least 50% in France Position based near the office in Saint-Cyr-l'Ecole   Position Summary Assist in the development of the company's Services activity in conjunction with the sales teams and customers, in order to guarantee operational and commercial performance as well as customer satisfaction in line with the commercial strategy established by the company.   Responsibilities   Audits/Measurements: Carry out audits/measurements of air quality at customers' sites and establish recommendations and reporting   After-sales service: Receive customer service telephone requests for a pre-diagnosis for an intervention if necessary Provide prevention, information and recommendations to customers. You are a source of proposals for after-sales service and make recommendations adapted to the customer's needs. Manage troubleshooting priorities Draw up after-sales service intervention reports   Installations/Commissioning of equipment Carry out expertise, repairs, preventive and curative maintenance, installations and commissioning at customers' sites (national territory; metropolitan France, and more rarely abroad). Travel represents at least 50% of the time; the rest of the time will be spent on facilities and office (administrative, etc.). Coordinate the installation and commissioning of PARTENAIR products at customers' sites in conjunction with the various internal departments, subcontractors and customers Provide technical training of our products to customers (mastery of the product range)   Security Respecting and enforcing safety rules   Relationship with other departments: All departments of the company   Relations with external organizations: Distributors, direct customers, suppliers, subcontractors   Basic Qualifications 3 / 5 years of experience as a field technician and subcontractor management The job requires knowledge of BTS maintenance level This position is open to people with disabilities.   Key Competencies Skills: Technical knowledge of compressors and/or air treatment Mastery of the company's IT tools (Office Pack, Outlook, SAP, etc.) Reading of plans and/or technical diagrams Detecting the origin of a failure Diagnosing a malfunction of industrial equipment Technical assistance to customers   Languages: French: mother tongue English: Business, B1 level required   Knowing how to be linked to the function: Fluency in English Rigour, organization Sense of listening and service Results-oriented culture Voluntary, persevering National (>50% of the time) and sporadically international mobility B licence Electrical accreditation   What we offer Service vehicle Business bank card Family health insurance Tickets restaurants Profit-sharing agreement Monetizable Time Savings Account Share Options LinkedIn Learnings Continuous development and growth opportunities
