What You’ll Do: Understand and challenge business needs, and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimations. Bridge the gap between business and technical teams, collaborating with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and deliver regular and detailed reports to the IT & Digital team. Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and methods, enhancing efficiency and deliverable quality. Who You Are: Master’s degree in IT, engineering, project management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical IT projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or other highly regulated process industry. Proven expertise in managing projects, resources, and budgets. Strong interest in emerging technologies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across functions in an international context. Strong team player, comfortable in multicultural environments. Fluent English is essential.
