IT Systems Intern

Rasmussen Group is looking for an IT Systems Intern to join our Technology team. This role offers a great opportunity to build real-world skills in system support, troubleshooting, and IT operations, while working alongside experienced professionals who will help you grow your technical foundation. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Providing first-level technical support for computers, software, network equipment, printers, and mobile devices
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for employees across the company 
• Helping set up new users, including workstation setup, account creation, and access configurations 
• Supporting system updates, backups, and patch management 
• Assisting with IT projects like migrations, deployments or upgrades
• Promoting IT best practices and security awareness among users. 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts is a plus 
• Solid understanding of Windows operating systems
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• A team player with curiosity and eagerness to learn 

Additional Requirements: 

• Valid driver's license
• Must past post-offer drug test, background check, and MVR review
• Willingness to occasionally travel to job sites or remote offices
