As an IT Support Analyst Intern within our Core IT department, you will provide high quality IT support to our end users and assist the IT team with the implementation of technical projects, whilst promoting security and best practice. We’re looking for someone with a passion for technology, a thirst for knowledge, and the confidence to carve out a place for themselves in a busy team. A “can do” attitude is essential. You will also have a demonstrable interest in learning about technology and business. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Basic knowledge of business toolsets (e.g., MS Office Suite, Windows 10 & 11, Mac OSX, Windows Server) Written and verbal communication skills required to provide face-to-face service to business users at all levels Analytical skills to quickly understand a problem/situation and provide options/recommendations A willingness to learn Role & Responsibilities The role will support business users.
