This new 3.2-gigawatt power station will generate low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and play a crucial role in the nation's clean energy future for at least 60 years. As IT Project Manager, you will join the Alliance IT and Digital Team, reporting to the Alliance IT Programme Manager. Your work will ensure all CWA partners are equipped with proven technology, supporting the validation, deployment and integration of IT solutions that underpin the success of Sizewell C. Key responsibilities in this role include: Leading IT and business engagements across both the Alliance IT Team and partner IT teamsPreparing high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring information supports robust, cost-effective decision makingInitiating and embedding best practice in scope, information and configuration managementProducing actionable plans that help your team achieve key milestonesProactively logging and escalating unresolved issues in line with delegated authorityTaking accountability for project KPIs and using data to monitor and drive performanceEmbedding productivity and project controls techniques to support deliveryBalancing commercial and operational constraints in all decision makingChampioning reliable digital data and its use in supporting effective, data-driven project outcomesUpholding nuclear safety responsibilities as defined in the Nuclear Baseline Requirements: APM PMQ AgilePM Foundation / PractitionerPrince2 Foundation / PractitionerTo thrive in this role, you should bring:A strong track record of IT project delivery, ideally in large, complex environmentsA solid grasp of standard forms of contractsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage at every level of a diverse organisationExperience implementing safe systems of workProven team management skills, with a record of empowering and inspiring othersA commercially astute mindsetResilience and decisiveness under pressureExperience in mentoring, problem solving and performance evaluationThe ability to communicate and inspire a shared vision for delivery excellence For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
