Your mission You are the go‑to person for the office: you keep the premises running smoothly, ensure team comfort, and handle day‑to‑day logistics. 50% general services/light maintenance, 50% light cleaning and logistical support. What you'll do (50% General Services) Welcome and room setup (meetings, internal events) Light maintenance: bulbs, simple adjustments, reporting issues, tracking interventions Supplies & stock management (office supplies, consumables, coffee/water, etc.) Basic IT/logistics support (simple workstation setups, basic cabling) Vendors & deliveries: coordinate cleaning/supplies/maintenance vendors and receive deliveries (50% Light cleaning & logistics) Vacuuming/dusting common areas between vendor cleanings Dishwashing and keeping the kitchen tidy and stocked Occasional restroom touch‑ups if needed (between vendor visits) Logistics tasks: moving/carrying equipment, organizing storage, light event setups Who you are Hands‑on problem solver: resourceful, responsive, reliable Service‑minded, polite, clear communicator Strong organization, autonomy, and prioritization Comfortable with small day‑to‑day technical tasks (cables, furniture, consumables) Fluent French; basic English appreciated Why Flatpay?
