Au sein de notre entreprise, vous interviendrez en l'interface entre nos équipes métiers et IT pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de nos systèmes applicatifs et l'amélioration continue de nos processus. Votre mission principale sera orientée IT Business Analyst : Collaborer étroitement avec les responsables des processus métiers (logistique, finance, achats) Suivre le processus structuré des demandes d'amélioration : Réception des demandes d'amélioration (BRD) ou correction de bugs Documentation des exigences fonctionnelles (FRD) détaillées Collaboration avec l'équipe de développement pour l'implémentation technique Réalisation des tests techniques de validation Coordination des tests d'acceptation avec les responsables de processus Obtention des approbations qualité avant mise en production Participer aux projets stratégiques de l’entreprise Identifier et proposer des améliorations continues aux processus actuels Vous serez également amené à réaliser du support fonctionnel de systèmes applicatifs (ERP, CRM, WMS, WCS,…) : Assurer le support opérationnel quotidien pour permettre aux utilisateurs d'exécuter leurs tâches efficacement Analyser et résoudre les problèmes de transactions bloquées entre nos systèmes applicatifs Effectuer le dépannage et la résolution des dysfonctionnements systèmes (problèmes de fonctionnalité, connectivité, flux de données entre systèmes) Maintenir la stabilité et la sécurité des applications via des mises à jour régulières, correctifs et mise à niveau Implémenter les contrôles d'accès appropriés et assurer la conformité aux réglementations (GDPR, etc.) Missions complémentaires Extension du périmètre de responsabilité à d'autres systèmes critiques (PlanetPress, Docuware, Docusign) Participation à d’autres initiatives d'optimisation IT Transition progressive du modèle de maintenance "AS-IS" vers un modèle d'amélioration continue · Profil De formation initiale informatique vous avez une expérience de 7 à 10 ans.
