In this role, you’ll audit orders and commission schedules, ensure compliance with tariffs and contracts, and serve as a trusted point of contact for internal teams and agency members. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with an average of 2 to 3 on-site days per month (as business needs dictate). On-site frequency may vary based on team activities, projects, or training needs. What You’ll Do: Audit and distribute orders across multiple lines of business to ensure accurate invoicing and commission payments. Review documentation to confirm alignment with tariff, contract, and regulatory requirements. Investigate and resolve invoicing discrepancies, short payments, and documentation issues. Collaborate across departments to ensure timely resolution of outstanding items and meet internal service level agreements. Monitor pending or unreleased orders and follow up to collect missing details or documentation. Participate in team projects and process improvement initiatives that support operational and financial integrity. What We’re Looking For: 2 to 3 years of related experience, preferably within finance, accounting, billing, or payment processing environments. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with an ability to audit data and documentation. Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to work professionally with both internal teams and external partners. Experience using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365, SAP, or similar preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry).
