Job Details Job Location: Leominster - Leominster, MA 01453 POSITION TITLE: Inventory Control Technician FLSA: Non-Exempt REPORTS TO: Roberto Rodriguez DATE: 05/29/2025 FUNCTION: Responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting production through material movement and machine operation. Maintains a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Track and maintain accurate records of inventory, including components, bulks, labels, and finished products • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to reconcile purchases versus receipts • Present inventory findings for senior management • Safely and accurately move materials using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment • Verify incoming materials against work order/job information • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to work overtime as needed Self-motivated and proactive Comfortable using inventory software and Microsoft Office tools At AIS, we have a strong set of values that guide our business and help us align with our customers.
