We are looking for an IT intern. As a member of the Chanel Europe IT team based in Paris you will be working on subjects related to Employee topics. Missions: Accompany and collaborate with the IT and HR teams in various projects: Using Generative AI tools (Copilot for M365 from Microsoft, and an in-house Gen AI tool), Power Platform / Low code No Code / Chatbots (Microsoft), Learning (Edcast) Animate user groups during change management Gather and formalize business requirements. Draw up documentation of processes & guidelines. Collaborate with several IT teams across the matrix to deliver projects. Oversee planification of meetings & minutes. Accompany the integration of new tools & applications from software partners. Transversal missions: Update the support process (ticketing, forms) Follow CHANEL product backlog change requests (document answers from editors) Perform testing of products Define and follow performance KPIs Qualifications Student with a first experience in IT which has confirmed your interest in this job. You have an attraction for AI subjects. French and English fluent (bilinguals) Communication and interpersonal skills Functional / Technical knowledge of HR systems & Luxury industry would be a plus. First experience on IT projects Skills Capable of delivering results in large, cross-functional initiatives Experience of working across geographies and business units Ability to identify, analyse, and solve ambiguous problems with attention to detail. Capable of drawing up documentation: procedures, “how to”, diagrams. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform would be a plus.
