Entity and Activity Description The intern/work-study student will join the Group Procurement Department, within the Responsible Procurement department, and will contribute to the worldwide deployment of its initiatives. Responsible Procurement currently works on topics related to the reduction of CO2 emissions, sustainable development risks with our suppliers (e.g. environment, human rights and working conditions, ethics) and the development of inclusive procurement. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? With the support of our teams and your manager, you will contribute to the following missions: 1) Implementation of Digital Procurement Solution (DPS), with focus on the supplier risk and relationship management Participation in the worldwide deployment of digital tools for SR2M (supplier risk and relationship management); Support to the internal / external stakeholders (workshops, user guidelines, training materials, etc.) 2) Continuous improvement of the SR2M deployment Acceleration of the SR2M yearly campaigns (eg. supplier CSR performance evaluation campaign) Contribution to the dedicated results consolidation, reporting and monitoring / quality control 3) Participation in the development and management of procurement decarbonization strategies Contribution to the calculation and reporting of CO² emissions (Scope 3). Contribution to the preparation of the group Scope 3 objectives. Communication/facilitation on topics related to sustainable procurement. 4) Participation in the development and management of inclusive procurement strategies Contribution to the development and improvement of inclusive procurement strategies Participation in the organization of the annual Inclusive Procurement forum. Are you a MATCH? Desired level of study: Bac+4 / Bac+5 - Business/Engineering school or equivalent Languages: Fluent English and French; mastery of a third language will be a plus The expected qualities/skills are as follows: Personal/interpersonal: Analytical capacity and proactive approach; Determination; Responsibility and Autonomy; Ability to work in a team; Good communication in French and English Proficiency in office tools (Google, Excel) and data management Knowledge of the Procurement process Basic notions of risk management and supplier relations, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development Additional Information Air Liquide is labelled Happy Trainees. The internship takes place at the Group's historic headquarters in the heart of Paris on Quai d'Orsay.
