Present in 160 countries through its network of more than 400 offices and 750 warehouses, the Group employs more than 155,000 people worldwide, including 4,000 in Marseilles where its head office is located.   Based in CMA CGM Head Office – Marseille, France  JOB DESCRIPTION  Department overview: Within the Container Logistics Department, you will assist the container leasing contract management team in their daily missions.  Main topic: You will be responsible for controlling part of the electronic invoicing (csv/excel files) by reconciling invoice data with the department’s tracking system. You will also analyze container returns at the end of contracts and monitor the stock levels of our leasing companies. Additionally, you will contribute to improving our reporting, processes, and tools.  Main tasks and responsibilities:  • Control the monthly rental invoices sent by our lessors and report any discrepancies to our Shared Service Center in India. Follow up on claims and ensure updates in our container tracking system.  • Analyze container returns at the end of contracts. Review contractual conditions with lessors if needed and maintain an overall inventory of containers available for leasing.  • Support the development and implementation of a new invoicing control tool, as well as various analytical reports on Qlik Sense.  • Write and document processes.  REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS  Education:  Master’s Degree  International Trade / Business Management  Business school / Engineering school / University  Knowledge and skills:  Fluent English (spoken and written)  Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel  Project management skills  Soft skills:  Analytical and detail-oriented mindset  Team spirit  Proactivity and curiosity  Reliability and punctuality      Find out more about CMA CGM Group's Sustainable Development approach and net zero carbon emissions by 2050 ambition.
