 <\/span><\/span><\/span>The European Software Localisation Quality Assurance team is responsible for designing, implementing and executing both automated and manual test plans in an effort to assure the quality of our client’s wide variety of software products. We are looking for highly motivated individuals that meet the description below.
<\/span>
<\/p>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

  • Perform manual localisation testing on software, print documents, help and hardware items.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Reporting issues found by using internal tools, providing pertinent information and suggestions and following the solution process to its completion.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Analysing international functionality issues.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Identifying areas of improvement in existing tools and processes, and addressing issues with innovative solutions.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Working cross\-functional with international software QA centers, engineering teams, translators and project managers in an effort to ensure delivery of world\-class products to international markets. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Any other duties as required.<\/span><\/span>

    Depending on experience and skills, duties might also include:<\/span><\/b><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    • Designing, implementing and organising manual test plans.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Creating, maintaining and carrying out automated test procedures. <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Coding software test automation in technologies like Swift, ObjC, Python and Ruby or other programming languages as required.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Carry out technical software reviews to assess automation opportunities.<\/span><\/span>

      ·         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Fluent in French Canadian and English, with full professional competence. Proficiency in linguistics.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span>·         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Able to represent a French Canadian user in all aspects of interacting with a software product. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span>·         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge of software localization and internationalization.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span>·         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Thrives under pressure in fast\-paced environments.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span>·         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Curious and creative in enhancing product quality and user experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
