Meta is seeking an experienced Regional Event Specialist Lead to oversee internal event logistics and amenity programs across our International region. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless event execution, fostering solid partnerships, and driving innovation in event services for Meta’s offices. Responsibilities Manage Internal event logistics and amenity offerings for Meta's off-site offices throughout the International Region Ensure operational expenditures for managed sites remain within budget Manage and build relationships with internal partners, event services teams, and external vendors Liaise with the global events team and other internal teams to appropriately implement guidelines for events and amenity programs Collaborate with Event Services teams on the internal Event Tool development, prioritise feature requests and troubleshoot bugs Partner with vendor teams to deliver amenity programs that align with Meta's mission and support the internal and external community Participate in regional design and construction meetings for new office builds Track volume of events and room utilisation to ensure resources are properly managed Develop procedures with cross-functional teams to support company growth Minimum Qualifications Minimum 8+ years of experience in Events or Hospitality roles Experience planning and executing both virtual and in-person events, often for executive stakeholders or large groups Customer Service, demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on creating great experiences for staff and guests Background in marketing, communications, or operations is highly valued, especially for roles with a strategic or cross-functional focus Space & Logistics, experience with space reconfiguration, room setup/teardown, and managing campus-wide event calendars Proficiency in developing and establishing policies and procedures
